Closer is built for sales professionals who trust us with sensitive conversations. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over your data.

1. Who we are
Closer (“Closer,” “we,” “us”) is an AI sales coaching platform operated by EnableIQ. This policy applies to our website, web application, and related services (together, the “Service”). If you have questions, contact us at privacy@closerai.dev.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, company, role, and authentication credentials.
- Coaching content — role-play transcripts, voice recordings you choose to practice with, uploaded call recordings, deal notes, and assessment responses.
- Usage data — features used, session timestamps, performance scores, and device and browser information.
- Payment data — processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide, personalise, and improve the coaching experience.
- Generate assessments, scorecards, and AI feedback on your conversations.
- Send transactional and (where permitted) coaching summary emails.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
4. AI processing
Coaching content is processed by trusted AI model providers solely to generate your feedback. We do not sell your data, and we do not allow your private conversation content to be used to train third-party foundation models. Voice processing is used only to transcribe and score your practice sessions.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, AI inference, email delivery, and payments), each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
6. Sub-processors
We engage the following third-party sub-processors to operate the Service. Each is bound by data-protection terms and may only process data on our instructions. We update this list when sub-processors change.

If we add a payment provider or other sub-processor, we will update this list before personal data is shared with them. To be notified of changes, email privacy@closerai.dev.
7. Data retention
We retain account and coaching data for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual sessions at any time, and you may request deletion of your entire account, after which we remove your personal data within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@closerai.dev.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the revision.
